We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nursery Labourer to join our team at 1421885 B.C. LTD. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the care and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs in our greenhouse and outdoor areas.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and cleaning to ensure the health and appearance of our plants.
  • Help with the preparation and maintenance of soils, including mixing and applying fertilizers.
  • Assist with the planting and transplanting of seedlings and rooted cuttings.
  • Monitor and report any signs of insect or disease damage to our plants.
  • Participate in grafting activities and other horticultural tasks as required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Work Language: English.
