Job Title: Nursery Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Nursery Labourer to join our team at B.C. LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our nursery, including tasks such as clearing and collecting brush and debris, greenhouse cleaning, weeding, and assisting in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants.

Responsibilities:
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Weeding
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • Mix and prepare soils
  • Plant bulbs and seeds
  • Pot and re-pot plants
  • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Assist in grafting activities
  • Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs
  • Clean work area
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train
  • On-site work only
