Job Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to retail locations within the designated area while managing a team of field representatives. This role involves mentoring and supporting team members to meet both client and team performance indicators, working part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement client strategies effectively.
  • Supervise a team of field personnel.
  • Conduct recruitment processes, including interviews and job offers.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring that a significant portion of the team receives in-field coaching each month.
  • Engage in weekly discussions with the Regional Manager.
  • Manage daily operations of the team.
  • Handle reporting, communication, goal setting, coaching, and team motivation.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, team members, and the Regional Manager.
  • Develop expertise in client products, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while prioritizing business objectives.
  • Ensure quality coaching and retention of team members.
  • Approve team-related documentation bi-weekly.
  • Meet coverage and execution targets as defined by clients.
  • Coordinate and deliver new representative training programs.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Minimize vacancies to ensure uninterrupted client coverage.
  • Act as a reliable contact for representatives regarding project-related inquiries.

Essential Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in sales, particularly in consumer goods with exposure to major clients.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of sales or merchandising professionals.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook and Word.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrated passion, creativity, and a commitment to coaching others.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with an understanding of key business drivers.

2. Maintain turnover rates below 10%.
