Senior Bookkeeping Specialist Position Available

Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking a meticulous and seasoned Senior Bookkeeping Specialist to enhance our financial team. The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll: Calculating and preparing payroll cheques.
  • Asset Management: Overseeing fixed assets and managing depreciation records.
  • Account Maintenance: Balancing and maintaining various accounts utilizing bookkeeping software.
  • Financial Reporting: Compiling and preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Journal Entries: Posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Tax Preparation: Preparing tax returns and trial balances.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
