About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ELM Logistics. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
