This is an exciting opportunity to join Graham's Buildings Division as a Project Manager, supporting our operations in the Greater Vancouver area.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with our Preconstruction team to prepare project budgets, manage subcontracting processes, and direct the determination of quantity estimates.
Additionally, you will assist with hiring key personnel and subcontractors, manage project administration and daily operations, and maintain relationships with suppliers and project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Preconstruction to prepare project budgets and manage subcontracting processes

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and coordinating construction projects
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software, such as InEight
Working Conditions
The majority of work will be completed on job sites in an office trailer or existing on-site structure. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed and relocate to other site locations in the local region as required.
Compensation and Benefits
Graham offers a competitive salary range of $87,300 - $178,700 per annum, commensurate with education and experience. You will also receive excellent flexible health and dental benefits, life and disability insurance, and a pension savings plan with 5% employer match.
