Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at 2709983 ONTARIO INC.. This role is crucial in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Asset Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures by ensuring cleanliness and sterility of operative areas.
  • Assist surgical teams by preparing instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and providing support during operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the operating room and all surgical instruments.
  • Deliver personal and comfort care to patients before and after surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and manage established respiratory and intravenous therapies.
  • Educate patients and their families on safety and health practices.
  • Provide nursing services within the defined scope of practice based on patient assessments and care plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress and the effectiveness of nursing interventions, collaborating with healthcare team members as necessary.

  • Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
