Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Cora Breakfast and Lunch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, including maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
