As a Customer Relationship Management Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives within the Softchoice Partner Programs framework.

In collaboration with the Partner Alliance team, you will oversee our tiered technology partners—gold, silver, and bronze—to plan, implement, and monitor marketing programs.

Your duties will encompass coordinating program management, content development, social media engagement, and event planning based on the offerings of Softchoice Partner Programs.
Work alongside the demand generation team to strategize, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives. This includes managing customer-facing marketing projects and providing support throughout the process.
# Project and Budget Oversight:
Utilize Asana for project management and manage the budget for assigned projects.
# Collaborate closely with specialized execution teams in digital marketing, content creation, events, and third-party agencies.
# Monitor and report on all marketing initiatives for our gold, silver, and bronze partners within the Partner Programs framework.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2B technology sector.
# Project Management Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
# Adaptability and Innovation:
Capacity to be agile, creative, organized, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
# Performance Under Pressure:
Ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and navigate unexpected challenges.
