About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Veg Delight Pizza Bakery & Restaurant Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that they align with our company's culinary vision.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure that they provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Financial Management

Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure that we meet our financial targets.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media, advertising, and promotions.

Requirements
  • Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field being an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.

Physical Demands

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and stamina to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
