Responsabilités
  • Analyser les budgets pour augmenter et maintenir les profits de la restauration
  • Élaborer des budgets pour déterminer les coûts des aliments, des ingrédients, des boissons, des fournitures de cuisine et de nettoyage
  • Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
  • Surveiller les performances du personnel
  • Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
  • Recruter du personnel
  • Fixer les horaires de travail du personnel
  • Superviser le personnel
  • Former le personnel
  • Équilibrer les comptes en espèces et préparer les bilans, les rapports en espèces et les formulaires connexes
  • Évaluer les coûts des produits et des services
  • Veiller à ce que les réglementations de santé et de sécurité soient respectées
  • Négocier des arrangements avec les fournisseurs pour les aliments et les autres fournitures
  • Négocier avec les clients pour les services de restauration ou l'utilisation des installations
  • Participer aux plans de marketing et à leur mise en œuvre
  • Diriger et instruire les individus
  • Aborder les plaintes ou les préoccupations des clients
