Restaurant Operations Manager

Jollytops Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the restaurant's financial stability.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that staff are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Team Leadership: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and train staff in leadership and management skills to ensure the success of the team.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.
