Job Title: Technical Manager

Eiffage Civil Engineering is a leading company in the civil engineering sector, involved in all areas of construction, from design to completion, as well as repair and maintenance, and demolition, on numerous structures in France and internationally.

Your Future Environment

Eiffage Civil Engineering has been awarded a major project in partnership for the design-build contract of a section of the Grand Paris Express Line 15 East.

This project involves the excavation of 17 kilometers of tunnels, the construction of 15 service structures, and 2 inflection structures. As part of this project, Eiffage is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of the project.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize project performance (cost, time, quality, environment, etc.) in collaboration with the project team
  • Develop and participate in the development of project documents (project plans, phasing notebooks, method plans, models) based on project study data, market plans, and supplier data
  • Integrate safety and environmental protection into project methods
  • Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and subcontractors
  • Apply the technical department's study and BIM processes
  • Contribute to the establishment of the project execution plan
  • Participate in the elaboration of project feedback

Your Profile

What we are looking for

A graduate engineer or Bac+5 level with previous experience in a similar position.

You have knowledge in reading plans, CAD, and BIM.

Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, analytical, and synthesis skills.
