The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data science strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data science strategies that align with company objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure data science initiatives meet business needs
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing data science team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in leading data science teams
  • Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive data science strategies
  • Experience managing the entire machine learning lifecycle
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry
  • Experience with ML Ops, DBT, and Airflow
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
