Saskatchewan Polytechnic is looking for a committed individual to take on the role of Administrative Support Specialist. This position involves delivering essential administrative assistance to a variety of stakeholders in a professional and service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, manage, and oversee the daily functions of the Co-operative Education Office.
  • Leverage the specialized Co-operative Education database system for student registration and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of student and employer data.
  • Facilitate the placement process for Co-operative Education participants.
  • Engage in effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop informational materials for Co-operative Education initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of Grade 12 along with a recognized Administrative Certificate/Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to diversity and strong interpersonal skills.
