About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Speed Moto Ltd O/A Sareng Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, including compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including cash handling, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
