Sublime Concrete and Construction Ltd is seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in concrete finishing and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing is essential.
- Conditions: Candidates should be prepared to work in dusty, hot, noisy, and wet outdoor environments.
- Setting: The role is primarily based in urban industrial areas with various locations.
- Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to specified grades.
- Utilize power vibrators to ensure proper compaction of concrete.
- Perform tasks at heights using scaffolding or swing stages.
- Achieve desired finishes on concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to enhance surface durability.
- Conduct waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoration of surfaces.
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
- This position is physically demanding and requires handling heavy loads.
- Candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling.
