As a key member of our Investment Advisor team, you will be responsible for providing proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor, helping deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Effectively responding to client account inquiries and taking ownership of follow-ups.
* Helping build and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
* Identifying opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client base.
* Nurturing and managing valuable relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners.
* Supporting both the advisory team and our clients throughout the Wealth Management process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
* Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
* 5 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry.
* University degree.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
