- Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products
- R.I.B.O license required, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with experience in insurance software a plus
