Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a book of business, ensuring timely renewals and effective client relationships
  2. Work closely with producers to review accounts, identify opportunities, and develop comprehensive plans
  3. Develop and implement account planning strategies to drive business growth and retention
  4. Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  5. Collaborate with producers to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
  6. Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting tailored insurance solutions
  7. Manage account documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance client value
  9. Maintain positive working relationships with clients, producers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products
  2. R.I.B.O license required, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
  4. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with experience in insurance software a plus
