Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and manage customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
