The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the culinary operations at the HOLLANDER MOTOR HOTEL. This position requires a dedicated individual who can oversee food preparation and ensure exceptional service quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding kitchen operations.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
