Job Title: Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our eco-friendly plumbing products.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting for end consumers and companies, addressing technical issues, installation inquiries, and providing product advice on various plumbing products.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, as well as fulfilling customer parts requests.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and devise solutions for customer issues.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the status of order shipments and delivery.
  • Solve customer problems through targeted questioning.
  • Uphold quality assurance standards and meet established service levels.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
  • Ease with computer usage, including the ability to work on multiple platforms.
  • Prior customer service experience in a call center setting.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Demonstrated dynamism and initiative.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $19 per hour.
  • Quarterly incentive program where you could earn up to 10% of your gross earnings.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Some Saturdays (26 hours per trimester, divided by 3 hours shifts).
  • Work-from-home arrangement.
  • 3-5 weeks of training from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.

Please note that while this is primarily a remote position, there will be occasional in-office meetings requiring attendance once every one to two months. Candidates must be based in Montreal to accommodate these requirements.
