Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and other relevant staff
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to food safety and handling procedures
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player with a positive attitude
