Learning Experience Designer
We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to create engaging learning experiences for both our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver educational materials incorporating instructional design principles and technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design models to produce impactful results and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and develop training content.
- Create a variety of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
- Evaluate existing learning content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry best practices in instructional design and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design.
- Experience in the financial technology industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with various learning technologies and authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
