About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to join our team at Espy Experience Inc. as a Clothing Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create original and innovative clothing designs that meet the company's standards and aesthetic.
  • Pattern Making: Develop and maintain patterns and templates for garment production.
  • Sample Creation: Prepare and present samples of new designs to the team for feedback and approval.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as fashion design or textiles.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a design or production role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of designers, production staff, and other stakeholders to bring new and innovative products to market.
