Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Work Environment

Meadow Berry Farms is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to work 30-40 hours per week in a permanent role.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
