Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a safe working environment.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
