In the role of Quality Assurance Specialist, you will report to the production department and play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the precision and quality of documents provided to clients, particularly circulars and associated products. You will be the primary individual responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the completion of requested amendments;
  • Assess the quality of deliverables;
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and requests;
  • Review proofs to detect discrepancies;
  • Serve as a resource for production staff to comprehend client-requested modifications;
  • Guarantee the graphic quality of projects;
  • Document non-conformities by generating reports within designated timelines;
  • Coordinate project execution while adhering to production deadlines across various platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic arts or a related discipline;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to respond swiftly to unexpected situations;
  • A sharp eye for detail and graphic design, along with an open-minded approach;
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
  • Fluency in both French and English, in spoken and written forms;
  • Proficiency in Mac environments and Microsoft Office applications.
