Role Overview: Shermco Canada is in search of a Senior Field Service Representative to enhance our operations in Alberta. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering expert technical support, high-quality service, and informed guidance to our clients while upholding a steadfast dedication to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and guidance to clients on various projects
  • Assess potential repair or enhancement requirements
  • Oversee multiple projects and coordinate technical personnel
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
  • Contribute specialized knowledge to diverse projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical testing
  • NETA certification is advantageous
