About the Role

River City Bailiffs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Technology: Utilize Microsoft Office software, including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word, to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
