Job Summary

Irving Oil is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Effectiveness Strategist to lead the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness activities to support the strategic direction of the organization.

About the Role

This position involves creating customized implementation approaches based on business needs and providing expertise in the development of organizational effectiveness programs. The successful candidate will work with business leaders to design people strategies for optimal work design and engagement, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing organizational structure and people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement organizational structure and people strategies to support business objectives
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Lead needs and performance analysis activities and provide executive-level reports to stakeholders
  • Implement change management strategies for business initiatives and establish communication processes with stakeholders
  • Provide post-implementation support and updates to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness or a related discipline
  • Experience with organizational change efforts and change management principles
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
