Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Terrace Domino's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize food service operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service performance, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless food delivery.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job.
