Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Terrace Domino's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers and orders.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- English is the primary language of communication in this role.
