We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to a high standard
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that they are presented to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The successful candidate will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
