About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Comfort Property Management. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
