We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at S & B Modi Enterprises ltd. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
