Reception Team Leader

Brandt is a leading family business based in Regina, with a strong presence in the equipment manufacturing and distribution industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team and provide exceptional support to our 24/7 call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of corporate receptionists within the contact center, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Implement and deliver the contact center mission and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience, sales, and productivity, while maintaining high levels of employee engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with partners to achieve hiring plan and scheduling requirements, ensuring service level goals are met.
- Manage risk and adherence to all internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- 2-5 years' previous leadership experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in team management and customer service delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
