First impressions matter Are you a dedicated hospitality expert looking to enhance your skills? As a Hospitality Reception Specialist, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and handle guest accounts while adhering to all service standards Record all guest inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and communicate with the appropriate department/personnel for resolution. Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction Provide guests with information about hotel amenities in a helpful and informative manner Address each guest who approaches the Reception Desk Enhance revenue through effective up-selling of room categories Adhere to departmental and hotel policies, procedures, service, and safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and overnight Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role is advantageous Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus Proficient in English (both verbal and written); knowledge of a second language is beneficial Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible and dependable Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team Focus on guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times Additional Information
