Job Title: Scrum Master

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum teams and removing impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as Scrum Master for 2-3 teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  2. Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality work.
  3. Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master roles.
  4. Ensure a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment, and engagement in their work and projects.
Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and techniques, with the ability to mentor others in their application.
  2. Ability to apply knowledge to develop new tools and processes, driving process improvement and efficiency.
  3. Understanding of the technical environment, including release processes, to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work.
  4. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other applicable degree, with five to eight years of business experience.
  5. PMI-ACP certification and/or Scrum Master certification would be an asset, as would current or previous Scrum Master experience.
