Job Responsibilities
  • Lead store operations, customer experience, and visual standards
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales plans
  • Develop a customer-centric culture, inspire employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment
  • Manage the team, provide coaching and feedback, and contribute to talent management and acquisition
  • Maintain facilities, health and safety, and loss prevention
  • Live and inspire Indigo's High Performance Characteristics and Story Telling culture
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or operations role
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Experience in leading others, performance orientation, and business acumen
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute while being agile
  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays
