Customer Experience Leader

Lead the customer experience and drive sales growth in our Coles Northgate Mall store. Develop a customer-centric culture, maintain visual standards, and achieve sales plans.

Job Responsibilities- Lead store operations, customer experience, and visual standards
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales plans
- Develop a customer-centric culture, inspire employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment
- Manage the team, provide coaching and feedback, and contribute to talent management and acquisition
- Maintain facilities, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Live and inspire Indigo's High Performance Characteristics and Story Telling culture
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or operations role
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Experience in leading others, performance orientation, and business acumen
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute while being agile
- Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays
