About the Role:
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership, direction, and project management expertise to enable the effective implementation of multiple projects across the organization. This role will provide high-level support for large-scale projects and provide support from initiation through to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all aspects of the project (or phase) over the entire project life.
- Accountable for procurement, managing vendor relations, partner relations, and managing end-user expectations.
- Responsible for communicating status to project sponsors.
- Responsible for financial reporting.
- Organizing and directing work, including prioritizing assignments, providing regular performance feedback, and taking necessary corrective action as may be required.
- Managing business analyst direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and career development.
- Accountable for promoting a productive and positive environment for project staff that encourages innovation, teamwork, initiative, and models corporate values.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in project management leadership or equivalent with demonstrated success in delivering large and complex projects in an IT setting with constraints of budget, timelines, and resources.
- 3 years' experience with project procurement and vendor management.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of the following: Information Technology / Business Administration / Health Sciences.

- Communication: Ability to gather, understand, and synthesize specialized information in a way that can be applied to meet the needs of the organization and customer within given constraints.
- Technical: Ability to understand and integrate appropriate project management tools and processes.

- Agility: Ability to cope with the changing and complex demands of your project environment.
