Job Summary:

Professional Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making
    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and trends
    • Collaborate with operational teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance against targets
  • Planning and Forecasting:
    • Lead the budgeting process, working closely with the Operations team to create a bottoms-up revenue build
    • Support the forecasting process by assessing trends and understanding market conditions
  • Business Partnership:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including the VP of Operations and Directors
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various business units, as needed
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables, and building complex models
    • Strong proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) in order to develop reports and analytics
    • Ability to navigate through and support a continually growing client base and become a trusted business partner to the Operations team
