We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Advisor to provide personalized financial strategies to our Family Office clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Wealth Advisory Services to meet with clients, build relationships, and recommend strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with partners and client service managers to prepare comprehensive wealth and financial plans.
  2. Present financial plans to clients, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with the proposed strategies.
  3. Create detailed planning memos related to Estate Planning, Investment Reviews, Insurance Reviews, and Corporate Planning.
  4. Assist clients in gathering necessary financial information, such as bank records, tax returns, and pension information.
  5. Prepare and interpret financial documents like investment reports, financial summaries, and income projections.
  6. Evaluate investment opportunities to determine suitability for clients' financial plans.
  7. Regularly review clients' accounts to assess the need for adjustments due to life changes, economic shifts, or financial performance.
  8. Liaise with clients' other advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their financial goals.
  9. Serve as a technical resource for wealth and insurance planning for partners and client service managers.
  10. Prepare Personal Tax Returns during tax season, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in financial planning.
  2. University and/or College Degree.
  3. Certification: PFP/CFP (preferred).
