Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff members to help them improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
