About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at 555659 B.C. Ltd. dba. Bubby Rose's Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafeteria, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a positive attitude to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure that supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maintain high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
