Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our cafeteria team at FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
