Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including training and development
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

Our cafeteria is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
