Position Overview
As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to manage, distribute, and audit retail transactions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all lease and loan security documentation is meticulously completed, aligning with credit requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with credit authorizations, pricing, and corporate policies to guarantee the precise completion of documentation while adhering to customer disbursement timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support via phone and email to vendor partners, end users, and Sales, addressing inquiries while fostering positive relationships.
- Ensure appropriate security registration is established to validate that all transactions are executed correctly at the client level, ensuring enforceability and binding agreements.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers to secure coverage that meets company standards.
- Uphold compliance with credit authorizations, pricing, and corporate policies to ensure accurate documentation completion while meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee the booking process and funding of each invoice associated with transactions.
- Conduct audits and follow up on transactions that require attention.
- Prepare documentation for imaging purposes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop and sustain positive consultative relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues to support overall sales initiatives.
- Handle additional administrative tasks to optimize team workload.
- Be prepared for potential overtime and limited PTO during peak periods.

Work Schedule
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
