Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing education and support on program services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and coordination of services.
  • Manage patient prescriptions, including initial and renewal coordination, and ensure timely access to therapy.
  • Provide reimbursement support and expertise to patients, working closely with insurance companies and pharmacies.
  • Adhere to performance standards and procedures, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and adapt to change and ambiguity.
