Our Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist (Saturdays Only) to join our dynamic team at Roy Foss Woodbridge.
About the Receptionist Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service, consistently greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and route them to our sales, service, and parts departments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and manage payment receipts.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule on weekends.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous reception experience.
- Computer literacy and competence with communication equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
